  If there was an option for negative stars, this business would be well deserving of a negative five. Your vacation should be a time of enjoyment not headaches. Better Beach Rentals will be glad to take your money, but don’t expect any resolutions if anything is not what you expected, or even in working order for that matter. We rented a house with a pool. 1) the internet did not work. 2) the floors were covered in sand. We don’t expect any floors at the beach to be sand free, but we are pretty sure that small buckets were brought into the house and not cleaned up. 3) the outside water spigots were broke. They would have someone come out in the next week or so to look at it. We were only there for a week. 4) the pool was cleaned on Tuesday, then the landscapers came on Wednesday and blew grass clippings into the pool, which we had to clean out ourselves. 5) to top things off when we were cleaning up the place prior to our departure; we found a used adult diaper....yes you read that correctly a used adult diaper...under one of the beds. We thought there was a funny smell in that room all week, but thought that it was just that room. Better Beach Rentals offered next to nothing from their employee Tori. When I tried to speak with the owner (Kim), I was blown off and never contacted back. I seemed to always get her mother on the phone, and was always told that the owner was out of town. How convenient. In my case they won, because I got tired of spending my time chasing them down for a resolution. Therefore, my only recourse is to write this review in hopes that I can save you from a similar vacation experience. We all work too hard to not be able to enjoy our vacations. Please don’t let businesses like this continue to do business like this just because they have limited competition.

  Chris was awesome! He sold our beach house when there were a few other properties on our street for sale. He was very professional and responsive. He did a great job. We would use him again.

  Gina handled the adoption of our daughter. This was not a simple case, adopting a child out of state. Gina was very professional, understanding and explained things in a way you could understand. She met our daughter, who was struggling with a lot of unanswered questions and the fear of being moved into another home. She assured her everything was going to be okay and very compassionate with her. Thanks Gina Essey for changing a little girls life forever. She talks about you all the time and tell people that's my lawyer. Words can never express how grateful we are for you coming into our lives.
